新型甲醇脱水制二甲醚铝基催化剂研究

  摘要：采用混捏法制备出了以硫酸盐为主要活性成分，柠檬酸为分散助剂的高活性甲醇脱水制二甲醚铝基催化剂，该催化剂较适宜的反应条件为：温度240～400℃ ，空速≤1.5h-1。在此条件下，二甲醚选择性＞99％ ，甲醇转化率大于86％。该催化剂具有活性温度低、温区范围宽的特点。催化剂经744h的寿命试验考察，性能稳定，实验过程基本没有积炭现象，适合工业应用。   关键词：二甲醚，甲醇，脱水，铝基催化剂 中图分类号：TQ426  文章标识码：B The Study on New Al-base Catalyst for Methanol Dehydration to DME Wang Ze  Zhang Fan  Zheng Zhi-gang  Zhao Zhi-jie (WuHan Clean Fine Chemical Co.Ltd,Wuhan 430070,China) Abstract: DME were prepared from methanol catalyzed Al-base catalysts which including the main active component sulfate and auxiliary agent citric acid. The using condition of the catalysts were 240～350℃, space velocity≤1.5h-1.In this case, the selectivity of DME is ＞99%, the rate of methanol convension is ＞86.1%. The Al-base catalysts using temperature rang was low and wide. After a continuous experiment 744h, the activity of the catalsysts was steady and the secondary reaction was not appear. it was suitable for applying in industry.
